Ah, what can I say other than this was the most experimental thing I had done in a long time. I know it might not seem like it, if you read them in the order that I published them on the blog (the order in which they appear to the right), but there was some sort of pattern to my madness.

For a long time, I’ve considered writing a series (and I might be working on it at this very moment depending on when you read this page), but I just felt that I did not have the experience necessary to create something told in short bursts. So, I decided to play around with the suit of swords. There was no particular reason as to why I picked the suit, or any other major factor that led me to start, other than me just wanting to write a group of stories that were somehow related though still independent.

Ultimately, I felt I failed in creating 14 independent stories, but I don’t feel I failed in creating a “series.” Though I wished I didn’t have to say it, as I would have preferred to succeed, please read these guys in order. They actually build upon each other.
